On Demand PR has been providing PR and communications expertise since 1993. During that time I have always been quick to notice a new industry trend and then transition the company into that new direction. I was in the right place at the right time during the early 90s as at that time new emerging call centre products, services, exhibitions and industry ceremonies launched.

By the Millennium the excitement of the call centre industry was starting to fade as software became specific to business needs. I moved the business into representing telecommunications and help desk products and services. In 2003 came Tony Blair's £80m eGovernment initiative and with my speed-to-market skills I strategically positioned myself into this sector and went on to win five out of 22 Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's National Projects.

When Communities and Local Government offered me the opportunity to become a stakeholder communications manager on a full-time basis in 2008, I made the choice to accept contract work and move away from PR representation for a project due to last 3 months and ended up lasting two and a half years. In July 2010, when the contract came to a close, I started to look for PR business again in the IT Service Management industry which is where I am today.

Business Biography

My main PR experience has been in delivering IT news and related case studies to the media for Government, Customer Relationship Management, Telecoms software, performance and culture management, interior design, Outsourcing and IT service management.

My specialist skills are mostly appreciated by small IT companies (five people +) looking to grow their businesses with a requirement for a full service agency on an 'as required' basis. I have experience of working with over 30 clients providing successful campaigns on tight budgets!

I work with both full-time and part-time clients (three to six month campaigns), project manage all the requirements that go into providing conferences, seminars, exhibitions (including sponsorship), awards ceremonies, corporate hospitality events, email campaigns and newsletters, product launches, writing of case studies and news announcements.
